- Robert Ansari Review added: 2018.05.01★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I got an email and text message from Carphone Warehouse that it's time to upgrade with lots of disturbing messages everyday over the last week, however a member of staff at this shop advised it is not the time according to EE! So I should meet EE first to make sure they are happy to upgrade! I politely argued that it is Carphone Warehouse's job to make sure at the backend that everything is OK as the mediator between EE and me for an upgrade and then start messaging me. The member of staff who was a young gentleman got defensive that NO, there is nothing wrong with them and got it personal, not willing to respond to my rest of queries afterward about various options could be available for me in the future etc. My experience today at Carphone Warehouse Wokingham reminded me of a Media report that most of companies need to employ young people as they are good in technologies, but on the other side their businesses suffer in profit margin as these people tend to take things personal rather than thinking how to sell more!
