- Kane Jones Review added: 2018.11.27★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆MDTV manage the communal Ariel to our block of flats. It took them 3 weeks to send an engineer out.
They sent an engineer out to fix the wall point. He was there for 10 minutes and then just left telling me we need a new satellite cable put in.
They booked this work to be done for 2 weeks time. They then cancelled at 4pm the day before because 1 of the 2 engineers was off sick. A company that is nationwide and does not have enough engineers is ridiculous.
They then rescheduled the work for a further 3 weeks down the line so I asked the facilities manager to ring up and complain about the poor service. They came 2 days later. they installed the new cable but they didn't connect it up so we spent a total of 3 months with no TV.
They are yet to fix this problem and the customer service is absolutely poor.
